Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Marketing Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to build brand awareness and support sales goals Plan and manage digital campaigns (social media, email, website updates, etc.) Create content for promotional materials, social posts, and advertisements Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities Coordinate with design, product, and operations teams to align messaging Organize marketing events, exhibitions, and product launches Sales Responsibilities: Generate new leads and follow up on inquiries from various sources Visit clients or conduct virtual presentations to showcase products/services Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly targets Maintain a database of prospects and existing clients for follow-ups Prepare and submit sales reports to management Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
