Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Retention
Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate and regional B2B clients.
Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Market Research & Trend Analysis
Stay updated on jewellery trends, competitor activities, and regional preferences.
Provide input for new product launches and design development.
Sales Presentations & Exhibitions
Present collections to buyers in meetings, exhibitions, and client visits.
Assist in stall management, product display, and lead follow-ups.
Initial Order Coordination
Coordinate with production and CRM teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Reporting & Accountability
Maintain accurate sales records, lead status updates, and client communications.
Submit weekly performance reports to management.

Preferred candidate profile

Skills:

Strong communication & presentation skills.
Negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM tools.

Qualities:

Language:
