Stipend / Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Duration: 3 to 6 months (Performance-based extension or full-time opportunity possible)

About the Role:

RMS Business School is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. The intern will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to promote the institution’s programs and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote admissions and brand awareness.
• Manage offline and online marketing activities including events, seminars, and social media promotions.
• Coordinate with the creative team for brochures, posters, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges, students, and partners for lead generation.
• Handle inquiries, counsel prospective students, and support the admissions process.
• Track and report campaign performance to the management team.
• Represent RMS Business School at educational fairs, workshops, and events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Creative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on-site with the team and meet deadlines.
