Mystic Palette is a creative art studio that brings people together through art experiences—ranging from paint & sip sessions, art workshops, pottery, texture art, DIY projects, and corporate team-building events. We create a space where art meets relaxation, community, and self-discovery.

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing professional who is passionate about creativity, people, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development
• Reach out to corporates, schools, colleges, and communities to promote workshops, events, and collaborations.
• Drive group bookings, private parties, and team-building events.
• Build strong client relationships and partnerships.
• Marketing & Branding
• Manage and grow Mystic Palette’s presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Create engaging content in collaboration with the design team.
• Explore innovative ways to increase footfall and brand visibility.
• Customer Engagement
• Greet and interact with customers, explaining workshop details and upselling packages.
• Collect and act on customer feedback to enhance experiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (experience in hospitality, events, or creative industry is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
• Creative thinker with social media savviness.
• Self-driven, energetic, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
