Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Reach out to corporates, schools, colleges, and communities to promote workshops, events, and collaborations. Drive group bookings, private parties, and team-building events. Build strong client relationships and partnerships. Marketing & Branding Manage and grow Mystic Palette’s presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions. Create engaging content in collaboration with the design team. Explore innovative ways to increase footfall and brand visibility. Customer Engagement Greet and interact with customers, explaining workshop details and upselling packages. Collect and act on customer feedback to enhance experiences. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (experience in hospitality, events, or creative industry is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and networking abilities. Creative thinker with social media savviness.
