Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing for our Mineral Water Plant/Cello Tape Manufacturing to lead sales operations, develop market strategies, and expand brand presence. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG / packaged drinking water sales, channel management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Identify new markets, distributors, dealers, and institutional clients.

Manage channel sales, retail distribution, and bulk/institutional sales.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand-building activities.

Coordinate ATL/BTL marketing activities, including hoardings, events, and local promotions.

Ensure strong visibility of the mineral water brand in the market.

Team & Relationship Management

Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team.

Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.

Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare sales MIS reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

Track sales targets, collections, and market performance regularly.

Requirements:

0 to 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Mineral Water / FMCG / Beverage industry.

Proven experience in market expansion, distributor management, and team handling.

Master’s degree (MBA) in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Added Advertise.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Willingness to travel extensively for market development.
