We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to generate leads and close deals for our digital solutions. This is a commission-based role ideal for freelancers, consultants, or self-starters who are confident in their ability to sell web and software development services.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

· Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, events, etc.)

· Pitch our web and software development services to potential clients

· Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our offerings

· Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business

· Meet and exceed sales targets

· Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are accurately communicated

· Draft proposals and create presentations (PPTs) to submit to clients, clearly outlining our services, solutions, and value proposition.

✅ You Should Have:

• Experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferably in IT or digital services)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, proactive attitude
• Understanding of web/software development (a plus — not a must)
