Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities in the steel and fasteners industry. Manage leads, quotations, follow-ups, and orders using CRM software. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and suppliers. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations. Support marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to promote company products. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in CRM. Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management. Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, logistics, purchase) for smooth order execution. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events when required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in trading, manufacturing, or steel/fasteners industry). Strong knowledge of CRM software (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar). Good communication and negotiation skills (English & Hindi/Punjabi preferred). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Preferred Skills Experience in B2B sales or industrial products. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotions. Familiarity with GST invoicing, quotations, and purchase orders. Compensation Salary: Competitive, based on experience + Incentives on sales performance.
