Location5:Dindugal,Coimbatore-T.N Job Roles & Responsibilities · Sales & Marketing of Vegetable Seeds in different parts of South India & Karnataka. · To implement new area for expansion purpose and suggest the attractive sales schemes to enhance the sales. · To ensure the required profitability, by studying the market price standards. · Organize promotional programs for educating farmers and traders in the region about company products. · Retention of existing dealers as stipulated the management. · To help R& D Department in conducting Group meetings, Field Day, Trails and complaints at the allotted region. · To remain aware about government policies, maintain healthy relationships with agricultural departments. · Regular follow up and reporting of sales collection and payments in the market at regional office. · To train new recruits as per the management guidelines.
