Job Description

Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the polymer industry.
Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective fieldwork and client interactions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.

Marketing Activities

Promote company products through presentations, demonstrations, and marketing campaigns.
Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
Support branding activities such as trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches.
Prepare marketing materials and reports to support the sales strategy.

Coordination & Reporting

Work closely with the production, logistics, and finance teams for seamless order execution.
Track customer orders, delivery timelines, and payment collections.
Maintain accurate records of customer data, sales pipelines, and MIS reports.
Provide regular sales and market feedback to management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Good knowledge of polymer products, applications, and industry trends.
Strong negotiation and closing skills for B2B sales.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
