Job Description

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Create, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Manage social media platforms, website updates, and promotional activities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
Attend exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing (preferably in [industry]).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM, and MS Office Suite.
