• Market Research & Analysis
• Study trends in medical entrance coaching, competitor strategies, and student needs.
• Identify new growth opportunities (online courses, hybrid models, school tie-ups).
• Strategic Planning & Execution
• Develop and implement short-term and long-term business strategies.
• Design new revenue models (premium courses, test series, doubt-solving apps).
• Evaluate potential expansion into new cities or digital platforms.
• Marketing & Brand Building
• Collaborate with marketing teams to position the centre as a trusted brand.
• Drive student enrollment through targeted campaigns, social media, and partnerships.
• Operational Excellence
• Work with academic and administrative teams to streamline processes.
• Optimize pricing models, student-teacher ratios, and batch structures.
• Performance Monitoring
• Define KPIs (enrollment rate, retention rate, student success rate).
• Regularly assess results and suggest corrective measures.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Coordinate with academic heads, counselors, and management to align strategies.
• Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and educational platforms.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Management, or Education (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in business strategy, preferably in the education/edtech sector.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of digital learning trends, student acquisition strategies, and education market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
