As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our team of skilled professionals to help us serve our clients better. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the construction chemicals industry, and a strategic approach to market penetration. This role involves promoting our products to a diverse range of clients including contractors, builders, architects, and distributors. Key Responsibilities: Sales Development: Identify and target potential clients within the construction industry. Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility. Collaborate with the marketing team to create product brochures, digital content, and promotional material. Coordinate and participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers. Provide technical and product information, ensuring customers understand the benefits and applications of our construction chemicals. Resolve any post-sales issues or complaints in a timely manner. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to stay ahead in the market. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market demands. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client meetings, and progress towards sales targets. Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management. Requirements: Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing. preferably within the construction or building materials industry. Prior experience in selling construction chemicals or related products is highly preferred. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and product positioning.
