Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Description: As a Marketing Manager for a shopping mall, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities to enhance the mall's brand awareness, drive foot traffic, and maintain tenant relationships. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media and digital marketing activities, conducting market research, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and approach potential retail tenants and brands to fill available mall spaces. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing their sales and promotional needs. - Negotiate leasing terms, coordinate renewals, and ensure tenant satisfaction. - Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase mall foot traffic and enhance brand awareness. - Plan and execute events, seasonal promotions, and activations to attract customers and improve shopper engagement. - Manage the mall's social media accounts, create engaging content, and track digital marketing performance. - Conduct regular market research to identify customer trends, preferences, and feedback. - Assist in developing and managing the marketing budget, prepare reports on sales, foot traffic, and campaign performance. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the retail or shopping mall industry. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and analytics. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
