Job Title : Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

Location : Ludhiana, Punjab

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs in 2 /3 wheeler OEM space
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their technical requirements.
• Achieve monthly Sales targets on month to month basis
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and technical solution
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle customer requirements independently
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

• Marketing Responsibilities:

:

o  Brand Management: Build and manage the company’s brand by creating brand awareness, ensuring brand consistency, and managing the company’s image across various platforms

o  Marketing Campaigns: Implement marketing plans for company products, including digital marketing, social media campaigns, and traditional marketing methods

o  Content Creation: Support for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media posts.

o  Event Management: Participate in and organize promotional events, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance the company’s presence and reach

• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or relevant role.
• Proficiency in English. knowledge of MS Office.
• Fast learner and passion for sales and marketing.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Qualification

  : Graduate  / Diploma in Electrical , Electronics    

• Experience

  : 3-5 years of experience in field of Sales for  2/3 EV Battery OEM  / UPS /Inverter
