Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Outreach

• Write and send professional

  sales emails

  to prospects to schedule meetings and introduce company offerings.
• Conduct

  sales calls

  to potential customers, follow up on leads, and set up meetings for next steps.
• Manage customer communications, ensuring prompt responses and professional engagement.
• Maintain and update CRM with lead and meeting information.

Marketing & Content Creation

• Design

  marketing materials

  (posters, banners, presentations, social media creatives) using

  Canva

  or similar tools.
• Write and publish

  blogs, website content, and social media posts

  aligned with company goals.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, email, etc.).
• Collaborate with management to improve brand visibility and message consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent

  spoken and written English communication skills

  .
• Experience in

  sales outreach

  (email + phone) and

  meeting scheduling

  .
• Ability to write

  engaging marketing content

  and blogs.
• Proficiency in

  Canva

  (or equivalent design tools).
• Familiarity with

  CRM tools

• Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.

Work Schedule:

• Shift:

  8:00 AM 4:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)

• Days:

  Monday to Saturday

Preferred Experience:

• 13 years in sales, marketing, or content creation roles.
