Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive Job Type: Full-time / Part-time/ Contract Location: Remote (Eastern Standard Time, 8 AM 4 PM) Department: Sales & Marketing Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive customer engagement, set up qualified meetings, and support our brand's digital growth. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling outreach campaigns, communicating fluently in English, and creating professional marketing content for social media and websites using tools like Canva. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Outreach Write and send professional sales emails to prospects to schedule meetings and introduce company offerings. Conduct sales calls to potential customers, follow up on leads, and set up meetings for next steps. Manage customer communications, ensuring prompt responses and professional engagement. Maintain and update CRM with lead and meeting information. Marketing & Content Creation Design marketing materials (posters, banners, presentations, social media creatives) using Canva or similar tools. Write and publish blogs, website content, and social media posts aligned with company goals. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, email, etc.). Collaborate with management to improve brand visibility and message consistency. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills . Experience in sales outreach (email + phone) and meeting scheduling . Ability to write engaging marketing content and blogs. Proficiency in Canva (or equivalent design tools). Familiarity with CRM tools , email marketing platforms, and social media scheduling tools is a plus. Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently. Work Schedule: Shift: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) Days: Monday to Saturday Preferred Experience: 13 years in sales, marketing, or content creation roles. Compensation: Competitive salary (based on experience) + performance-based incentives.
