Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote security services. Generate leads through field visits, corporate tie-ups, and institutional networking. Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, and close service contracts. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business and referrals. Coordinate with operations and deployment teams to align marketing with service capability. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the management. Represent the company at security industry exhibitions, seminars, and meetings. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Marketing / Business Administration / Any discipline). Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in B2B marketing or service-based marketing (preferably in security, facility, or manpower services). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong client handling and negotiation abilities. Ability to travel and meet corporate clients, government departments, and other institutions. Preferred Attributes:Prior experience in marketing for a security agency / manpower / facility management company. Strong database of potential clients such as hospitals, schools, factories, hotels, housing societies, etc.
