Empower Sports Solutions is a sports construction and management company launched in 2018 with the goal of delivering international quality sports solutions in India. We offer installation, construction of any type of artificial turfs in India. Our artificial turf is durable and efficient, and suitable for football fields, stadiums, cricket courts, golf, badminton, tennis, volleyball, hockey, and other sports arenas.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1.

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and target potential clients (e.g., landscapers, architects, contractors, real estate developers, schools, sports facilities, residential/commercial property owners).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct cold calling, site visits, and product demos.
  • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and tenders.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide post-sale support and resolve client issues.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.
3.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, Google Ads, social media, flyers, exhibitions).
  • Coordinate branding and promotional activities to boost product awareness.
  • Develop marketing materials such as brochures, product catalogs, and sample kits.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine marketing strategies.
4.

Product Knowledge & Training

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, installation methods, and applications.
  • Conduct product training sessions for clients, dealers, or internal teams.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities or potential distribution channels.
  • Analyze customer needs, buying patterns, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and marketing ROI.
6.

Channel & Distributor Management

  • Build relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail outlets.
  • Support them with sales tools, training, and joint promotional efforts.
7.

Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with project and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor project progress and client feedback to ensure quality standards are met.
8.

Event & Exhibition Participation

  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Organize product displays, promotional booths, and client engagement activities.

ABOVE 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN TURF CONSTRUCTION OR RELATED FIELD PREFERRED
