Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting local businesses in Dehradun, introducing our e-commerce and digital marketing services, building strong client relationships, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses and pitch BVS’s services including website development, social media marketing, Google Ads, SEO, etc.
• Understand client needs and offer customized digital marketing solutions
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to the manager
• Participate in promotional activities, events, or exhibitions as required
• Collect market feedback and stay updated on competitors and industry trends

Requirements

• Proven experience in field sales, marketing, or business development (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be self-driven, confident, and target-oriented
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce services
• Ability to explain complex services in a simple and effective manner
• Fluent in Hindi and basic English
• Own two-wheeler and smartphone (mandatory)

Education

• Graduate in any discipline (Marketing or Business preferred)

Work Timing:

• Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,503.47 - ₹30,009.60 per month
