Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Executive will develop and implement strategies to promote the services of the physical rehabilitation center, increase patient admissions, and enhance brand visibility. The role involves engaging with potential clients, healthcare professionals, and community stakeholders to build strong referral networks and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development and Sales:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase patient admissions and service utilization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, physicians, and insurance companies to generate referrals.
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients, including individuals, families, and organizations, to promote rehabilitation services.
  • Follow up on leads, schedule consultations, and convert inquiries into enrolled patients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for patient admissions and program enrollments.

2. Marketing Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the center’s services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and specialized rehabilitation programs.
  • Create engaging content for digital and print marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, and newsletters.
  • Manage the center’s online presence, including website updates, social media accounts, and online reviews to enhance brand reputation.
  • Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and workshops to raise awareness of the center’s services.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional offers, discounts, or wellness programs to attract new clients.

3. Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for referral sources, including doctors, case managers, and insurance representatives.
  • Build trust-based relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure satisfaction and encourage word-of-mouth referrals.
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless communication between sales, marketing, and patient care teams.

4. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential areas for growth in the rehabilitation sector.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Monitor patient feedback and satisfaction to improve services and marketing approaches.

5. Administrative and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and referral sources using CRM software.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing campaign results, and market trends for management review.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure pricing strategies align with market demands and organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in healthcare, rehabilitation, or a related industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, insurance processes, and rehabilitation services is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attributes: Empathetic, persuasive, organized, and results-oriented with a passion for helping others.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with occasional evening or weekend work for events or client meetings.
  • Local travel may be required to meet with referral sources, attend community events, or visit clients.
  • Office-based with some fieldwork for outreach and networking.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives or commissions.

  • Reports to the Director of Marketing, Business Development Manager, or Center Administrator.
