Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for DECFORT’s interior design services. Generate leads through cold calls. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients. Engage with clients to understand their interior design needs and preferences. Present DECFORT’s portfolio and services to clients in a professional and persuasive manner. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business. Prepare and present customized interior design proposals and quotations. Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to the marketing and design teams for service improvement. Collaborate with the design team to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into project plans. Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely project execution. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Track and analyze sales performance to meet and exceed targets.
