Key Responsibilities: Design Development: Create and develop system-based interior designs, including furniture systems, lighting arrangements, and space planning using software like SketchUp, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.3D Modeling: Develop high-quality 3D models and visualizations to represent design concepts and layouts, providing clients with realistic previews of their interiors.Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed technical drawings and floor plans, ensuring that designs are technically sound and feasible for construction and implementation.Customization: Tailor design solutions to meet client requirements, ensuring that interior systems align with functional, aesthetic, and budgetary considerations.Software Expertise: Use advanced design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, 3DS Max) to create detailed layouts, walkthroughs, and renderings for client presentations.Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth implementation of designs, addressing any technical issues that arise during the execution phase.Project Management: Monitor and manage design projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within the client’s specifications and budget.Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to present designs, make modifications based on feedback, and provide updates on project progress.Research and Innovation: Stay current with the latest trends in interior design, technologies, and software tools, integrating new concepts into designs.Quality Control: Ensure all design solutions meet DECFORT’s high standards for quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.Ensure that material estimation is done for each project, including specifications, cutting details, and quantity based on the approved design.
