Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the infrastructure and civil construction sector.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and project consultants to drive sales growth.

Project Promotion

• Promote company capabilities and offerings related to civil infrastructure projects to potential clients and stakeholders.

Sales Target Achievement

• Work towards achieving assigned sales and marketing targets through strategic planning and market outreach.

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research to understand current trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines in the infrastructure sector.

Proposal & Quotation Management

• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and relevant documentation in coordination with internal technical teams.

Coordination with Execution Team

• Collaborate with internal project and execution teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery.

Qualification

Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering / MBA in Marketing
