SALES AND MARKETING

As a Sales and Marketing Manager at Digital Brain Media in Lucknow, your primary responsibility will be to drive product sales independently, ensuring measurable results. You will be tasked with managing vendor relationships, onboarding, and contract negotiations. Identifying, engaging, and closing deals with new vendors is a key aspect of your role. Experience in the outdoor media (OOH) advertisement industry is required, while domestic advertisement industry experience and DOOH media industry experience are preferred. Your duties will also include conducting sampling and market analysis to support decision-making, developing strategies to increase product visibility and sales, and training and guiding junior team members and peers for skill development. Monitoring sales performance, trends, and preparing actionable reports, as well as driving customer and vendor development, will be crucial in this role. You will also be expected to collect new data and use it to generate leads, with e-commerce product-related experience being preferred. Qualifications for this position include: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles within the eCommerce sector - Experience in outdoor media (OOH) advertisement industry required, domestic advertisement industry and DOOH media industry experience preferred - Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities - Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written Please note that this job is specifically for the Lucknow location and candidates without eCommerce industry experience and proficient English communication skills need not apply. Candidates from Med Tech, Edutech, and PharmaTech backgrounds will not be considered. This is a full-time position with a salary range of 20K to 35K.
