Key Responsibilities B2B Sales (Primary Role)Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporates. Onboard the property with leading B2B travel platforms and maintain pricing competitiveness. Negotiate contracts, close partnerships, and drive consistent room bookings from B2B channels. Regular follow-ups with travel partners and maintaining a sales pipeline. B2C Marketing & Social MediaManage the hotel’s Instagram page – create engaging posts, reels, and stories to drive direct bookings. Respond to customer queries on social media and convert them into bookings. Collaborate with photographers/creators for content creation. Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, offers, and promotions. Channel Manager & OTA ManagementOversee hotel listings on OTAs (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.) through the channel manager. Ensure rates, inventory, and content are always updated across platforms. Track performance metrics, reviews, and competitor analysis.
