Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in real estate sales, property advisory, or a similar client-facing role (preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple clients simultaneously. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and perform under pressure. Good understanding of local real estate markets, project types, and pricing trends. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
