Maintain strong follow-ups with leads to ensure high conversion rates and achieve monthly sales targets. Build long-term relationships with clients to enhance brand trust and encourage referrals. Coordinate and conduct site visits, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience. Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and project developments. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activity in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to plan strategies for achieving sales goals. Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns as required. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in real estate sales, property advisory, or a similar client-facing role (preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple clients simultaneously. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and perform under pressure. Good understanding of local real estate markets, project types, and pricing trends. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
