We work closely with hospitals, doctors, and families to ensure safe, compassionate, and reliable care at home after hospital discharge or during long-term medical support. As part of our expansion across Tamil Nadu, we are looking for dynamic professionals who can build strong relationships with hospitals and doctors to drive patient referrals and partnerships. Role Overview The Sales & Hospital Relations Associate will focus on developing referral partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and doctors. The role involves identifying potential healthcare partners, establishing formal tie-ups, and maintaining ongoing relationships to ensure a continuous flow of patient referrals for home healthcare services. Key Responsibilities Hospital & Doctor Tie-ups Identify and approach hospitals, clinics, and specialist doctors for CareFully partnership opportunities. Conduct meetings and presentations to explain CareFully’s services, technology, and benefits. Facilitate signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) or referral agreements. Build referral networks with discharge planners, nursing superintendents, and hospital administrators. Referral Management Generate consistent patient referrals through partner hospitals and doctors. Ensure smooth coordination between hospital discharge teams and CareFully service teams. Maintain relationship with key hospital departments (ICU, Orthopaedics, Neurology, Oncology, etc.) for patient lead flow. Brand Promotion & Relationship Building Organize hospital-based awareness programs, health talks, and partnership events. Gather testimonials and feedback from partner doctors and hospitals. Support in co-branding or promotional initiatives in partner hospitals. Reporting & Coordination Maintain and update partner database, contact details, and engagement records. Report weekly and monthly tie-up progress and referral metrics. Work closely with operations and nursing coordination teams to ensure timely service delivery. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare Administration. 1–3 years of experience in hospital marketing, pharma marketing, diagnostics, or healthcare sales. Strong communication and networking skills. Good understanding of hospital operations and referral processes. Ability to travel locally and meet healthcare professionals regularly.
