Sales and Marketing Assistant

As a Marketing Activities and Sales Development professional, your primary responsibility is to develop a comprehensive business plan and sales strategy that aligns with company sales goals and profitability targets. Conducting thorough market research to identify market requirements for current and future products is a key aspect of your role. You are expected to analyze customer research, assess market conditions, and gather competitor information to inform strategic decision-making. - Conceptualize and execute marketing plans and projects for both new and existing products - Monitor the productivity and effectiveness of marketing initiatives, and review and report on marketing activities and results - Evaluate marketing campaigns and track competitor activities - Prepare action plans for individual team members and the team as a whole to drive sales lead generation and prospecting efforts - Maintain accurate records of pricing, sales, and activity reports for performance tracking - Foster strong customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and communicate regularly with customers - Manage a team by motivating team members, fostering team spirit, and prioritizing company goals over individual egos - Work collaboratively with a team towards shared objectives, utilizing critical thinking, goal analysis, and effective coordination - Strong experience in developing business plans and sales strategies - Proficiency in market research and analysis - Ability to conceptualize and execute marketing plans - Experience in team management and motivation - Excellent communication and customer relationship skills (Note: The company offers benefits such as provided food, leave encashment, and a provident fund.
