Job Titel:v Transfer specification and product requirements to supplier.

v support definition of effective process flow and production lay-out.

v ensure application of state of the art technologies and methods.

v evaluate supplier / process capabilities define opportunities for improvement and set-up supplier development programs.

v Sending Supplier rejections back within 72 hours.

v Ensure no material stays at vendors place for more than 1month.

v Ensuring that the Subcontract production is cost effective.

v Ensure suppliers GRNs are getting closed in stipulated time.

Subcontract Planning, Management

Conceptual

v Initiate and design supplier development activities.

v Assist Strategic Buyers to locate suitable suppliers for respective commodities.

v Maintain close interaction with sourcing function to share findings / areas of concern and support development of strategies.

v Contribute personal production and supply chain expertise to the development of supplier capabilities.

v Ensure regular assessments of suppliers and support for continuous improvements.

v Liaise with worldwide group companies and functions to ensure maximal benefit for the company.

v Lead Vendor performance scorecard and evaluation for identification of opportunities.

Sub Contract Development

v Responsible for Vendor evaluation & rating, cost estimation, cost reduction Vendor evaluation & rating, cost estimation, cost reduction, proper inventory control.

v Supplier Development of Production Material Supplier and Industrialization of parts and components. Implementation of supplier strategies to maximize sourcing opportunities in Best Cost Country regions.

v Establish single window supply system for Piston, Rod Eye and to all the systems. Consolidate and reduce subcontractor’s base.

v Monitor Subcontractors DPPM and maintain below 1000DPPM.

v Maintain each supplier’s performance rating system development for delivery and quality, Establish Green Channel.

v Identification of components and SIR for all the components manufactured at all the suppliers.

Quality Assurance

v Interacts with Quality Assurance on matters of vendor delivered quality and vendor rating systems.

v Make sure that self – Inspection Report has to come with material from vender.

Documentation & Records

v Maintain records related to Subcontract as per the ISO 9001:2015 procedures.

Communication

v Monitor competitive landscape in the area of strategic supply chain projects in the industry.

v Identify key internal and external target groups.

v Develop internal communication strategy and drive the required change management programs to support implementation.
