Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager located in New Delhi. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for conducting market research, providing excellent customer service, managing sales activities, and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales. Skills Driving New Business Growth: Proactively identify and generate new business leads through various channels. Develop and execute strategies for new business development, expanding our market reach. Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure new deals and close sales. Building & Nurturing Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers. Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for further partnership. Qualifications Communication and Customer Service skills Market Research and Sales skills Experience in Sales & Marketing Strong organisational and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field Candidate should have good experience in Mono Carton, Rigid boxes, Corrugated boxes and Cut Labels Printing and packaging industry candidates will get preference.
