Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Sales and Customer Support Executive. The role involves managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries, developing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting potential residents with housing options, handling client concerns, maintaining communication across teams, and providing personalized support to ensure a positive experience. The role requires active problem-solving to meet customer needs efficiently while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Sales and client relationship management experience, with skills in customer communication and negotiation
• Customer support abilities, including handling inquiries, problem-solving, and ensuring client satisfaction
• Organizational and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams effectively
• Proficiency in communication tools and CRM software is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in the co-living or real estate industries is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field preferred
