Job Title: Sales & Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities (50% Sales | 50% Customer Support):

• Promote and explain HDFC banking products to customers over call or in person.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
• Follow up with clients for documentation and service-related support.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
• Average English communication skills are acceptable.
• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
• Must be confident, disciplined, and customer-focused.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
