Sales and Customer Service Representative

We're seeking energetic and results-driven Sales & Customer Support Represtative to spearhead our Suppliers / Manufacturers and Distributor / Reseller acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding them onto our platform while ensuring excellent customer support to drive satisfaction, retention, and adoption.

Customer Support and Success

- Act as the primary point of contact for queries and concerns post-onboarding.

- Provide prompt and professional customer support to address client issues.

- Guide new and existing users through challenges with platform usage.

- Maintain open communication channels for feedback and issue resolution.

- Foster long-term relationships through exceptional support.

Experience & Education

- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/related field.

- 2-3 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in the corporate gifting industry.

- Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management.

- Experience in customer support roles or technology platform sales is a plus.

Performance Expectations

- Monthly onboarding targets for Suppliers / Manufacturers and Distributors / Resellers.

- Quality of clients onboarded.

- Platform adoption rates of onboarded clients.

- Client retention and satisfaction rates.

- Revenue generation from assigned accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
