Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels. Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable responses to customer questions and concerns. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. Maintain detailed and accurate customer records. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. Contribute to the development of customer service best practices.
