Role Overview: As a Sales and CPQ Developer at NTT DATA, your primary responsibility will be to implement CPQ solutions, lead a team through ERP integration, understand downstream processes such as billing and provisioning, and troubleshoot CPQ-related issues. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of CPQ systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Possessing 4+ years of Salesforce consulting experience - Demonstrating 4 years within CPQ and sales cloud space, with at least 2 years in Salesforce CPQ implementation and an additional 3 years of experience in other CPQ platforms - Having a minimum of 2 years of Salesforce CPQ implementations - Showcasing proven expertise in implementing CPQ solutions, including enterprise architecture, leading teams through ERP integration, and understanding downstream processes such as billing and provisioning - Holding Salesforce CPQ and sales cloud Specialist Certification - Conducting 4+ years of CPQ and sales cloud end-to-end project implementations - Utilizing experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and tools like process builder - Demonstrating familiarity with RESTful Service Architecture, CPQ APIs, and QCP (quote calculator plug-in) - Utilizing experience with CPQ deployment tools, such as Prodly - Demonstrating strong CPQ configuration experience and system administration skills - Troubleshooting and resolving CPQ-related issues, including pricing, discounts, and product configuration logic - Possessing strong functional knowledge of OOTB Capabilities - Designing Architecture Diagrams and Data flows - Showcasing strong problem-solving skills - Understanding the End-to-End Order Management lifecycle - Applying Agile methodologies and understanding the software development process - Demonstrating knowledge of lightning web components and effectively addressing UI/UX requirements when deploying CPQ to channel/distributors/partners - Being well-versed with Salesforce security model, with Communities experience being a plus - Having an in-depth understanding of CPQ architecture, data models, customizations, and extensions - Exhibiting excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to the audience - Recommending best practice solutions based on project and business needs and owning the overall design of the technical application - Gaining hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Loader - Possessing Sales Cloud Certification, Salesforce Administrator Certification, and App Builder Certification Qualifications Required: - Technical skills related to Apex and other languages are appreciated but not a requirement Company Details: NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
