About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Trainee to join our team. As a Sales Trainee, you will be trained and guided to understand our sales processes, customer engagement strategies, and business development activities. This role is designed to groom you into a high-performing sales professional capable of driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the company's products, services, and industry trends.
• Assist the sales team in generating leads, prospecting, and client outreach.
• Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Participate in client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
• Track competitor activities and market developments.
• Work on achieving assigned learning goals and sales targets under supervision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, customer service) for smooth execution.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
