Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Business Developer located in Gurugram. The Sales and Business Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also includes customer service, training sales teams, and managing sales operations to ensure targets are met.


Qualifications

  • Experience in the digital marketing or social media industry is required.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Experience in Training and leading sales teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
