Experience Required: 10 Years Functional / Technical Competencies Compressors, BLDC Motors, Electronic Components Behavioural Competencies Collaboration with Various Stakeholders, Self-Starter, Individual Contributor Purpose of the Role Technical Sales expert focused on HVAC industry developments with complete accountability for sales & technical support. Work in close collaboration with lead account managers & clients as the primary contact for sales and technical support. Drive and handle BLDC motor & Electronic Components business for HVAC and Consumer Electronics. Build and maintain strong relationship with key decision-makers with assigned accounts.] Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing accounts. Close coordination with R&D and Purchase teams and understanding customer needs, challenges and opportunities to provide HVAC solutions. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company. Provide regular updates to management on account performance and progress. Stay up-to-date with Industry trends, products and competitors. Provide regular reports on sales performance and account activity.
