Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore for a Sales and Application Engineer. The successful candidate will engage in pre-sales and post-sales support, building strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities include identifying customer requirements, recommending technical products and solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and providing hands-on technical support. Additional tasks involve collaborating with clients to optimize product applications, ensuring technical accuracy, and achieving sales goals by creating strategies and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to identify client needs, create solutions, and achieve sales objectives.
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and expertise in evaluating and addressing customer requirements.
• Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering to understand and recommend suitable solutions.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members.
• Experience in industrial products or similar domains, preferably with knowledge of precision engineering components, is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Willingness to be based in Coimbatore and work on-site.
