Job Description

1) Drive sales of cutting tools (solid carbide, PCD, CBN, PCN, carbide tools) and metalworking fluids to manufacturing customers. 2) Conduct product trials, technical presentations, and demonstrations at client sites to introduce and validate new products. 3) Provide end-to-end technical support, including selection of cutting tool grades, troubleshooting machining challenges, and recommending fluids for metal cutting applications. 4) Collaborate with internal teams (Product Development/R&D) to meet customer technical requirements and support. 5) Manage customer relationships, including proposal/quotation preparation and regular follow-ups to achieve sales targets. 6) Organize client training, technical seminars, and on-site support for product installations, aiming to deliver cost-effective, productivity-focused solutions. 7) Study component drawings and propose optimal machining and fluid solutions based on manufacturing needs.
