🔑 What You’ll Do

• Drive

  new client acquisition in GCCs

  within the IT staffing & recruitment space.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships.
• Cross-sell Orcapod’s

  HR & staffing solutions

  .
• Act as a

  strategic partner

  and customer advocate.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience

  in Domestic GCC

  Business

  (mandatory)
• Strong track record in

  sales & account management

  .
• Prior exposure to

  Captive Centers, GCCs, or product companies

  is a huge plus.
• Excellent

  communication & stakeholder management skills

  .
• Immediate joiners preferred.
