Sales Analyst- AM/ DM

Role & responsibilities

'• Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales conversion rates, lead generation metrics, and customer acquisition costs.
• Identify factors influencing sales performance and collaborate with the sales team to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
• Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and relevant business insights.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to set realistic sales targets and support strategic planning initiatives.
• Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards to communicate sales performance, trends, and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to gather relevant data and insights.
• Align sales analytics and reporting initiatives with overall business objectives and growth strategies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the sales cycle and recommend strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain and optimize the use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date sales data.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ Years of experience in sales analysis, business analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
