WHAT YOU'LL DO: This role is of a sales Implementation Associate who is responsible for providing Effortless Implementation experience to clients across a range of Compliance Solutions products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To manage the coordination of the protocol with Clients/BU from SOA (Sales Order Assignment), tracking progress, mitigating risks, to successfully closing the implementation projects Monitor and manage the Client relationship and satisfaction during the implementation phase To solve potential issues that may prevent the satisfactory and timely completion of the implementation. To ensure proper transition from Implementation to Service with the assigned Client Services representative To participate in business improvement projects, support pre-engagement meetings with client and prospect clients, as required Ensure effortless Implementation of the different ADP Compliance Solution products Effectively work with different internal departments to accomplish goals To organize and lead meetings with key stakeholders as needed to review project status and discuss issues, risk, resolutions, possible mitigation plan and workaround as needed. Act as a backup for associates on leave Develop strong domain knowledge through hands on experience in Sales Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience working in a client service Sales Excellent communication skills and client facing experience Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
