Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent, located in Gurugram. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting and selling tutoring services, and maintaining client relationships. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, conducting meetings, and following up on leads. Additional responsibilities involve providing customer service, handling inquiries, and collaborating with the team for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Insurance experience
• Ability to train and develop new team members
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Relevant experience in the education or tutoring industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
