Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent located in Gurugram. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential customers, presenting and promoting our tutoring services, and handling customer inquiries. Daily tasks also include managing customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with other team members to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Insurance
• Ability to lead training sessions and provide client education
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
