Key Requirements

• Education:

  Background in Sales & Marketing

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal & written skills

• Languages:

   Proficient in

  Hindi, English & Bengali

  (multi-lingual candidates preferred)

• City Knowledge:

  Good geographical understanding of Kolkata

• Transport:

  Bike ownership preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads for property sales
• Meet and engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements
• Conduct property site visits and provide accurate project information
• Maintain strong follow-ups to convert leads into successful transactions
• Prepare and share property proposals with clients
• Collaborate with the back-office and marketing team for property listings and promotions
• Keep updated with market trends and competitor activities
• Maintain client records and report sales activity to the management

Compensation

• CTC:

  ₹20,000/- (all-inclusive)

• Incentives:
