Role Overview-

The Program Advisor will counsel working professionals on executive education programs and drive enrollments through consultative engagement.

Key Responsibilities-

Counsel professionals on career advancement through education.

Conduct 150200 telephonic interactions daily with mid- and senior-level professionals.

Provide accurate program information and assist leads till closure.

Maintain all records in CRM and achieve enrollment targets.

Participate in training and contribute to team goals.

Requirements-

1 to 5 years experience in selling or marketing high-value programs, executive search, or training & development.

Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills.

Pleasant personality and consultative selling ability.
