Role Overview: You will be responsible for making outgoing calls to prospective customers and selling products and services over the phone. Handling objections, escalations, and queries effectively while generating leads and entering interaction details in the system. Ensuring continuity of services by following procedures and delivering high-quality service to clients. Supporting the expansion of the company network and assisting in achieving target service delivery and financial goals.
