Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Senior Sales Telecaller with experience in B2B and real estate sales. The role focuses on outbound calling, lead generation, pre-sales engagement, and consistent follow-ups to build a strong sales pipeline and support closures by the field sales team.

This role is for someone who owns revenue numbers, leads from the front, and builds a structured, repeatable sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to builders, developers, architects, contractors, and corporate clients.
  • Generate and qualify B2B leads and schedule meetings for the field sales team.
  • Handle pre-sales conversations, explain products at a high level, and understand client requirements.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Update lead status, call notes, and follow-up schedules in CRM/Excel trackers.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams for client requirements and documentation.
  • Share company profile, product details, and proposals via email/WhatsApp as required.
  • Achieve daily calling targets and contribute to monthly lead and revenue goals.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or pre-sales, preferably in real estate or B2B.
  • Strong communication skills, clear, confident, and professional.
  • Proven ability to generate and nurture B2B leads through calls.
  • Good follow-up discipline and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic documentation.
  • Target-driven mindset with good time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
